Kid goku is better. That being said one can t deny that the first name that comes to the mind of anyone who hears the words dragon ball is son goku. He loses multiple times and what allows him to get up stronger isn t saiyan genetics it s his fighting spirit. The reason for the longevity of dragon ball as a franchise is the spirit and likability of its main character which the og goku has in spades.
